# 12 mai 2020 : sc\u00e9nario standard europ\u00e9en STS<\/h3>

La commission europ\u00e9enne vient de publier un nouveau r\u00e8glement introduisant deux sc\u00e9narios standards d’op\u00e9rations d’a\u00e9ronefs sans \u00e9quipage \u00e0 bord.<\/p>

Ces sc\u00e9narios standards europ\u00e9ens (STS) ont vocation \u00e0 se substituer aux sc\u00e9narios nationaux S1, S2 et S3. Ils reposent sur un r\u00e9gime d\u00e9claratif, et n\u00e9cessitent l’utilisation de drones de classe marqu\u00e9s CE (pas encore disponible sur le march\u00e9). Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment :<\/p>

  • le sc\u00e9nario STS-01 couvre les op\u00e9rations en vue \u00e0 une hauteur maximale de 120 m au-dessus d’une zone vide de tiers en environnement peupl\u00e9 ;
    \u00a0<\/li>
  • le sc\u00e9nario STS-02 couvre les op\u00e9rations hors-vue \u00e0 une distance maximale de 2 km du t\u00e9l\u00e9pilote, avec l’aide d’observateurs de l’espace a\u00e9rien, \u00e0 une hauteur maximale de 120 m, au dessus d’une zone vide de tiers dans un environnement faiblement peupl\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>
